I'm very pleased with the way it turned out, the surf boards make me giddy and that hibiscus is just delightful. On a side note- I decided to make that hibiscus at about 1 in the morning... the same morning it was due. I had never before made one, and I didn't even have the right cutters... so I decided to just wing it! There's TONS of room for improvement I know, but I'm still pleased. Also, I am wanting to improve my gum paste flower making skills and am on the lookout for a good class. I can't seem to find one in AZ, so if anyone knows of any, please let me know!
Now for the rest of the photos
White chocolate seashells with luster dust to give them a little shimmer and shine!
What a cool idea for a cake!
