was for my best friend, Heather, back in 2006. She wanted an all real four tier cake with fresh flowers on it. I remember being so nervous doing this cake, thoughts of ruining my friends big bay would flash through my head. Not to mention I was actually still in culinary school, so that added to the pressure as well. But in the end, and being my first cake with out the help of my chefs over my shoulders, I was very well pleased. And so was Heather, WOOHOO!
