Ingredients
3 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature
3/4 cups brown sugar
4 cups confectioners sugar
3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 bag mini chocolate chips
Directions
In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add confectioners sugar and mix on low until incorporated. Mix in flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla, beat in mixer on med-high until smooth and creamy (about 5 min). Add bag of chocolate chips and mix with a spatula by hand.
Put on your favorite cupcake and enjoy!
